Foreign artists with a P or an O visa may perform Wednesday-Saturday. Foreign artists without a visa may perform only during the Conference attendee portion (Wednesday-Thursday).

There is no fee to apply.

This program is open to all non-U.S. bluegrass acts who wish to participate in IBMA World of Bluegrass® (September 24-28, 2024 in Raleigh, NC). Led by the generous matching donation of Paul and Alys Schiminger, the IBMA International Band Performance Grant Program will provide financial assistance to bands traveling to IBMA World of Bluegrass® and help to establish a 2025 follow-up tour in the United States.
