The Bluegrass Trust Fund has been there to help when life has handed grave setbacks to members of our bluegrass community. Please give what you can to help those who have given so much to bluegrass.
The Bluegrass Trust Fund (officially the “IBMA Trust”) was established in 1987 as a means to offer financial assistance to bluegrass music professionals in time of emergency need. Patterned after similar entities in the music world, the Trust is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable institution governed by an autonomous five-person board of trustees appointed by the International Bluegrass Music Association.
As the emergency fund for the bluegrass community, the impact of the Bluegrass Trust Fund has been extraordinary.
For caring individuals who want to help people who have devoted their lives to the music we love, it provides a charitable pathway for giving.
If you are or have been a professional in the business of bluegrass and are in a time of emergency need, apply to the Bluegrass Trust Fund.
Financial grants and loans are available to individuals anywhere in the world who are involved as a professional in bluegrass music (or who have been actively involved at some point in their career).
