When you give to the IBMA, the IBMA Bluegrass Trust Fund, and the IBMA Foundation, you make the bluegrass world stronger with your support. These small but vital organizations play an essential role in our bluegrass community.
Just look at what the IBMA has had a hand in creating:
- World of Bluegrass
- the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum
- the IBMA Awards
- the Bluegrass Album GRAMMY
- the Billboard Bluegrass Chart
- Leadership Bluegrass
- the Bluegrass Trust Fund
- the IBMA Foundation (formerly the Foundation for Bluegrass Music)
The IBMA empowers bluegrass worldwide through advocacy, professional development, and renowned programs.
The IBMA Bluegrass Trust Fund is the safety net for our bluegrass community, giving direct aid to bluegrass professionals when they’re faced with emergency need. Through the remarkable generosity of bluegrass people, the Trust Fund has given over $800,000 in direct aid.
Through the IBMA Foundation, individuals and organizations support the future of bluegrass music. Their charitable donations and planned giving underwrite activities such as project grants, Bluegrass in the Schools mini-grants, the Bluegrass College Band Showcase, the Rosenberg Bluegrass Scholarship Award, teacher workshops and educational resources, academic bluegrass seminars and symposia, the IBMA Bluegrass College Scholarship, and the Sally Ann Forrester College Scholarship.
