IBMA Announces the Addition of Scott Napier to the 2018 Class of Leadership Bluegrass

NASHVILLE, TENN. (March 2, 2018) – The International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) welcomes Scott Napier of the Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music to the 2018 Class of Leadership Bluegrass, an intensive three-day program of advanced-level interactive learning experiences designed to build commitment, motivate talents and instill enthusiasm for addressing the future of the bluegrass music industry. This will be the 19th year of this professional development course since its inception in 2000.

Leadership Bluegrass boasts more than 400 alums and each year approximately 25 individuals are invited to take part.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Kim Robins of Kim Robins and 40 Years Late will not be participating this year, and is invited to participate in the Leadership Bluegrass Class of 2019.

Leadership Bluegrass 2018 takes place March 5-7 at BMI in Nashville. The course will be facilitated by Trisha Tubbs for the seventh consecutive year.
