FAQ - IBMA's 501(c)(3) Status

Q. When did IBMA become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization?
A. IBMA gained its 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization status when it merged with the Foundation for Bluegrass Music on November 30, 2017. The Foundation is now known as the IBMA Foundation.

Q. Now that IBMA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which of my transactions are tax deductible?
A. The following items generally are tax-deductible (but please talk to a tax consultant.)
